Good customer service, good camera
I have multiple Zosi brand cameras around my house. Total of 13 cameras and they all work well. This particular camera seemed to have a foggy lens, however manufacturer was quick to replace it. I have read reviews about no connection or difficulty connecting but I have never found this to be an issue. The big plus is not having to have a subscription to any cloud base server to be able to view and review your cameras remotely. There is an option to subscribe to a cloud base to store your video, but I just store to the sd card. I really like being able to have 4 preset positions you can set the camera to that makes for a 1 touch selection to automatically pan/tilt into the pre-chosen view. I plan on sticking with the Zosi brand given the reliability and customer support I have personally ex

Good External IP Cameras
Used about a month. So far they are good. Works well with my previous Zosi DVR system and Zosi App. Good night vision and notification capabilities. Notification triggers can improve because there are alot of them. Sometime just a change in lighting will send an alert. But more alerts are better than none. One thing to note is to insert TF memory after your initial setup. I had a bad card inserted before setup and couldn't connect the camera to wifi. Once your cam is connected and working on the app, insert the card and check the storage or format if needed.

Zosi IP Security Camera
I bought this camera to work with Blue Iris camera software and after fighting with it for a few days finally got it to work. Great picture at daytime not so great at night. Also right before sunrise it is so dark you can't really see anything. I contacted the company and they said to move the camera down some, but if I do that then it is not where I want it during the night when I really need it. I have a 2k camera with much better IR night vision. I bought it to use with the IR night vision and not the flood light. Maybe if you want to run the floodlight it might be better.

The customer support is responsive overnight......
These can work, are very IT and labor intensive. I've bought many (b/c others broke) and the cost is relatively cheap. But issues are often cameras are NOT backwards compatible with the NVR, cameras fall offline from the NVRs wifi, reboots needed often. I cannot recommend these for a business that needs 24 hr coverage. Too many interrupts. For around my house....its okay. Be ready for lots of care and maintenance. Finally customer support is in China so you get about one response per day.....makes it slow to troubleshoot

Only worked for 2 weeks
I purchased this camera to replace the same model that I purchased last year. It worked only for 2 weeks. Now I have 2 non working cameras. Kinda disappointed.

very good quality images
Love the cameras! The quality is so good - way better than I expected. They were easy to set up, and they provide a very wide coverage - you can move the cameras around. Love to check the app to check on my dog. Would buy them again and highly recommend them.Oh, and I use them with an adapter - they are compatible with European voltage.
